As a totally independent test laboratory, ODA can and will sign and honor Non-Disclosure Agreements [NDAs]. At present, ODA has only one full-time employee, the owner, Dr. Michael Ray Jacobson [MRJ]; he is the only person with full access to the data generated by ODA for its clients. On occasion, his son, Natan Jacobson, a student of computer and electrical engineering at Arizona State University, operates ODA instruments and compiles raw data. Any future employees or associates of ODA will be bound by the same restrictions binding MRJ regarding client data. ODA makes every effort to maintain complete copies of all data taken in service to the client and to protect those data from other parties, unless expressly requested by the client.

ODA takes one exception with most NDAs, which, upon termination of the contract between ODA and the client require the destruction of all data generated during the relationship with the client. ODA requires that one archival file of that data remains with ODA to provide the client with those data should they be lost by the client and/or to protect ODA should the client ever become a legal adversary of ODA.
