Data are provided to clients in the following formats:

Graphical Data

Spectral plots (and other plots, if necessary) are always generated by ODA with Microsoft Excel™ for internal review and sent to the client by fax. These plots can also be sent to the client by appropriate carrier, usually along with the returning samples. The plots can be customized for the client by request.

Digital Data - InterNet Transport

The tabular data corresponding to the plots are sent as attachments by E-mail to the client. ODA has found that sending the same data in two formats, Windows™ text and Excel™ spreadsheet, insures that the client will be able to process the data from at least one of the two.

Digital Data - Media Transport

The tabular data corresponding to the plots can also be sent back alone or along with the samples on one of three media - a standard 1.44MB floppy disk for smaller files, or a 100MB Zip™ disk or data CD-ROM (700MB) for larger files. Please contact ODA for other media.

Certificates

Many clients that send ODA standards for certification require certificates with particular data sets explicitly indicated. ODA will generate such documents; please provide a template if a particular format is needed.
